Privacy Policy

3DVale ("we", "us") makes custom 3D-printed pendants. This policy explains what information we collect through 3dvale.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you request an order
- Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
- Your delivery choice, and your address if you pick Sunnyvale delivery or shipping.
- Your order details: the pendants, the names and numbers you want printed, sizes, options, chain and gift wrap.
- Anything you write in the notes field.
When you ask about a team order
- Your name, email, optional phone, team or school, how many pendants, which designs, an optional date, and any roster or details you include. A roster may contain players' names and jersey numbers.
Automatically
- Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It stays on your device; we don't receive it until you send an order request. Clearing your browser data removes it.
- Server logs. Our host, Netlify, records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To review your custom text, send you an invoice, make your pendants, and arrange pickup, delivery or shipping.
- To contact you about your order or team quote.
- To keep records of our sales, as required for taxes and accounting.
We don't use your information for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell or rent it.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop, and only as needed:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives and stores the order and team forms.
- Our email provider receives a copy of each form submission so we can respond.
- Payment services (such as the one we use to invoice you) get the details needed to bill you. We never see or store your card number.
- Shipping carriers get your name and address if you choose shipping.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the site's fonts and preview code, so they receive your IP address when the page loads, like any website request.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order information as long as we need it to fill your order and handle any reprint, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Team inquiries that don't become orders are deleted within 12 months.
Children
Our pendants are popular with young athletes and cheerleaders, but orders should be placed by a parent, guardian, coach or other adult. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, as long as we don't need to keep it for an open order or legal record. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and order information is kept in password-protected accounts. No method of storing data is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
